2011: Vandervort saw action in three matches as a freshman. She recorded season-best performances of four kills, three aces and three digs against McDaniel at the Lycoming Tip-Off Classic.

Career statistics

High School: A 2011 graduate of Voorheesville High School, Vandervort was a four-year letter winner on the volleyball team for head coach Sandy Vorse. She led the team to a runner-up finish in the state championships as a senior after a pair of Section 2 finalist finishes in 2008 and 2009. As a freshman, Vandervort helped her squad to finish third in the state championships. A co-captain, Vandervort earned all-state first team accolades in 2009 and 2010 and was named the offensive MVP of Colonial Council in 2010.

Personal: A student in the exploratory program, she is the daughter of Jay and Maureen Vandervort.
