High School: A graduate of Dallas High School, MacNeely started all four years for the Mountaineers, and served as team captain, under head coach Nicole Pekarski. MacNeely earned First Team All-Conference her sophomore, junior, and senior years. She earned The Citizen's Voice All-Star First Team her junior and senior years, and Second Team All-Wyoming Valley Conference in her first year. MacNeely was named to the NEPA High School Division 1 First Team All-Star team in 2021. MacNeely won three Pennsylvania District 2 Championships with the Mountaineers in her first year, sophomore and senior years and won three Wyoming Valley Conference Championships in her sophomore, junior, and senior years.

Personal: An Accounting major, Megan is the daughter of Thomas & Pamela MacNeely, and has one sibling, Morgan.
