2023: Named to D3football.com Team of the Week...Bombers rushed for 317 yards and three touchdowns against Rochester...Liberty League Honorable Mention...Liberty League All-Academic...CSC Academic All-District...NFF Hampshire Honor Society...Started all 12 games at guard and center during the season.

2022: Liberty League All-Academic... Played in all 13 games this season at center and guard... Served as long snapper on field goals and extra points. 

2021: Liberty League All-Academic...Played in all 10 games this season and served as a long snapper on field goals and extra points.

High School: Attended North Rockland High School where he earned two varsity letters under head coach Tom Lynch...named captain in 2018...earned all-county and all-league honors in 2017 and 2018...named to section all star game in 2018.

Personal: Joe, the son of Paul and Christina Arico, is a biology and anthropology double major.
