2010-11: As a junior, Hoeffner earned All-NYSCTC honors in the indoor weight throw before claiming the Empire 8 discus crown and earning a trio of All-NYSCTC finishes in the javelin, hammer and shot put outdoors. She had season-best indoor marks of 10.78 meters in the shot and 13.36 meters in the weight, while outdoors she had season-best heaves of 11.23 meters in the shot, 39.68 meters in the discus, 45.27 meters in the hammer and 33.97 meters in the javelin.

2009-10: Did not compete.

2008-09: Hoeffner was named Empire 8 Rookie of the Year for the outdoor season. She was conference champion in the shot put at 10.09 meters, while also placing second in both the discus (33.96 meters) and javelin (34.08 meters) She was third in the conference in the hammer (38.89 meters). Hoeffner was a two-time all-state thrower in the spring, placing sixth in the discus and eighth in the shot put at the NYSCTC Championships. Indoors, Hoeffner placed fifth in the state in the shot put.

High School: A 2008 graduate of Hauppauge High School, Hoeffner lettered four times in track & field. She also earned four letters in volleyball.

Personal: An exercise science major, she is the daughter of James and Jean Hoeffner. She is also a member of the volleyball team.
