High School: A 2012 graduate of Keene High School, Fay was a four-year letter winner in cross country and track & field. Twice named a Division I cross country all-star, she earned outstanding freshman honors in 2008 and MVP in 2011. A captain her senior year, Fay earned the Division I team sportsmanship award as a junior and senior. In track & field she was named outstanding freshman in 2009 and received the Jennifer Hadden Memorial Award in 2012.

Personal: A health sciences major, she is the daughter of Kevin and Jacqui Fay. She is also a member of Ithaca's cross country team.
