2010-11: Rissmeyer was a three-time Empire 8 runner-up as a sophomore. She also tallied five All-NYSCTC honors and a pair of All-ECAC nods. Rissmeyer had indoor season-bests of 8.85 in the 60-meter dash, 3:00.56 in the 800 run, 9.21 in the 55 hurdles, 9.78 in the 60 hurdles, 1.63 meters in the high jump, 5.03 meters in the long jump, 10.41 meters in the shot put and 2,963 points in the pentathlon. Outdoors she recorded season-best performances of 13.29 in the 100 dash, 27.48 in the 200, 2:50.29 in the 800, 16.18 in the 100 hurdles, 1.65 meters in the high jump, 5.34 meters in the long jump, 10.88 meters in the shot put, 33.91 meters in the javelin and 4,223 points in the heptathlon.

2009-10: During the indoor season of her freshman year, Rissmeyer was recognized as an All-ECAC, All-NYSCTC and All-Empire 8 athlete. She finished fourth in the pentathlon at the ECAC Indoor Championships with a season-best 2,985 points. Her All-NYSCTC honors came in the 55-meter hurdles, long and high jumps and the pentathlon, and she was a runner-up at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships in the high jump. Rissmeyer tallied individual season-bests of 9.16 and 9.77 in the 55- and 60-meter hurdles, respectively, 2:46.80 in the 800 run, 1.63 meters in the high jump, 5.31 meters in the long jump and 10.20 meters in the shot put. She also ran a leg of Ithaca’s 4:31.86 1,600 relay. During the outdoor season, Rissmeyer was one of four Bombers to compete at the NCAA Championships, as she qualified to participate in high jump with a season-best clear of 1.68 meters. An All-NYSCTC selection in the heptathlon having placed second, Rissmeyer twice competed in the event during the season and notched a season-best point total of 3,850 at the ECAC Championships. Additionally, she recorded season-highs of 1.68 meters in the high jump, 4.85 meters in the long jump, 9.80 meters in the shot put, 32.04 meters in the javelin, 17.40 in the 100 hurdles, 28.60 in the 200 dash and 2:50.05 in the 800 run.

High School: A 2009 graduate of Watchung Hills, Rissmeyer was coached by Peter Lubrecht. She earned two varsity letters in track & field and was invited to compete at the Nike Nationals three times. She was also a member of the field hockey team.

Personal: A speech language pathology and audiology major, she is the daughter of Steve and Brenda Rissmeyer.
