Biography
2012-13: Kranz competed in a number of freestyle events and relay teams. She also competed in the breaststroke.
2011-12: Kranz swam breaststroke events as a junior, with a season-best time of 1:16.29 in the 100 breast and 2:42.89 in the 200 breast.
2010-11: Kranz performed well at the Cortland dual meet where she was second in the 200-yard breaststroke in 2:38.29 and third in the 100 breast in 1:13.51. Both times were season-bests for Kranz.
2009-10: Kranz competed in breaststroke and freestyle events as a freshman. She had a season-best time of 1:12.54 in the 100-yard breaststroke and 2:33.13 in the 200-yard breaststroke.
High School: A 2009 graduate of Madison West High School, Kranz was a four-year letter winner in varsity swimming for coaches Jacob Johnson and Jean Raps. She competed in breaststroke events.
Personal: An environmental science major, Christina is the daughter of Jon and Wendy Kranz.
