High School: A 2025 graduate of American Heritage High School, Ainsley was a member of the swim and dive team for the Stallions...She was team captain in 2025...Was named MVP all four years of high school... Performed at states in her sophomore, junior, and senior years.

Personal: A Physical Therapy major, she is the daughter of Monique Lappas and Todd Ford.
