High school: A graduate of Pembroke High School, Rosas helped her club team, South Shore Select Girls Academy, to a National cup championship in 2018 and an NPL National Championship in 2019. Her team also made it to the Academy National Quarterfinals in 2021.

Personal: A Health Sciences major, Sofia is the daughter of Gina and Jeff Rosas. She has one brother, Nate.
