2023: Made her season debut against Elmira and assisted two goals in a 10-1 win (9/1)...She started her first game of the season against Lycoming, in 63 minutes of play she had one shot on goal and helped to keep the game tied at 1-1 (9/10)... Recorded one shot on goal in 1-0 win over Clarkson (10/7)...She took one shot, while also contributing to the 0-0 tie against RIT (10/24)...Saw 319 minutes of action across 12 games played, including two starts...Recorded four shots, three shots on goal, one goal scored, and two assists...Contributed to all 11 shutouts defensively. | 2023 Statistics

2021: Appeared in one game for the Bombers in her first year, making her debut on 10/9 recording 16 minutes vs Bard.

High School: A 2020 graduate of Mausk High School, Hersch helped lead the Panthers to the Class L State Quarterfinals in 2019. She was named All Southwest Conference First-Team and All Southwest Conference Colonial Division First-Team during her tenure at Mausk. Hersch was a team captain in her senior season. 

Personal: A Business Administration major with an emphasis on sport management, Rachel is the daughter of Rich and Dawn Hersch.
