2019: Earned ECAC Defensive Player of the Year... Named Liberty League 2019 Defensive Player of the Year... Earned All-Liberty League First Team honors... Picked up a United Soccer Coaches All-East Region First Team... Has played and started in all 21 games for the Bombers... Tallied 61 saves on the season... Recorded a 4–0 shutout in the season opener against NYU on August 30...Notched another shutout over 5th-ranked Messiah including five saves on August 31...Recorded his third straight shutout in a 5–0 win over Morrisville State with three saves on September 4...Recorded his fifth shutout of the season with six saves against SUNY Oswego on September 17...Allowed only two goals while notching a career high 11 saves against 10th-ranked SUNY Cortland, in the team's 2-2 tie on September 21...Recorded seven saves in a 1-0 win over Hobart College on October 2...Had four saves against St. Lawrence (10/5)...Recorded six saves while allowing only one goal in the team's 1-1 tie against Skidmore (10/19)...Recorded three saves in the Bomber's 2-1 overtime loss to RIT (10/30)... Recorded 8 saves in the Bombers second-round NCAA game against 1st-ranked Amherst College (11/17)... Led the team in minutes played with 1,929 minutes in his Senior season. 

2018: Became the program's first All-American since 1997 after picking up United Soccer Coaches All-America Second Team honors... Also named to the United Soccer Coaches All-East Region First Team... Captained the team...Played and started in 18 games for the Bombers, tallying 1,702 minutes... Finished the year with 10 shutouts, leading the Liberty League... Rounded out the season with a .79 goals-against average after letting up just 15 goals... Made 53 saves for a .779 save percentage... Ended with a 12-2-4 record... Named for the Liberty League weekly honor roll four times... Named All-Liberty League First Team.

2017: Lichtenstein saw action in the goal 10 times this season recording 40 saves. During the game against Brockport, Lichtenstein played for 110 minutes and recorded a season-high nine saves.

2016: Attended the University of Memphis where he redshirted.

High School: A starter for West Boca High School for three years... Earned All-Conference Palm Beach County and All-District Palm Beach County honors... Went on to play for the Chicago Fire Academy during his senior year of high school... He started seven of eight games and recorded six shutouts for the Fire.

Personal: The son of Amy and Michael Lichtenstein... Has one sister, Rebecca... A sport media major.
