High School: A 2024 graduate of The Agnes Irwin School, Fusco received considerable recognition throughout her career. In 2022 she was named to Prep Soccer Philadelphia Preseason All-Metro, First Team Girls Inter-Ac All-League, Southeastern PA High School All-Star Team, First Team All-Delco, First Team All-Main Line, and was the leading scorer for her team. In 2021 Lily was named to Prep Soccer Fall All-American, First Team Girls Inter-Ac All- League, Main Line Times Athlete of the Week, Southeastern PA High School All-Star Team, First Team All-Delco, First Team All-Main Line, and was the leading scorer for her team.

Personal: A Health Sciences major, Lily is the daughter of Philip and Lisa Fusco.
