2025: In her season debut and first collegiate start she posted her first career shutout in a 2-0 win over Elmira (8/29)... Recorded her second shutout in a 1-0 win over Heidelberg, made one save (8/31)... Made two saves in a 1-0 loss to Stockton (9/6)... Recorded three saves in her third shutout, in a 1-0 win over Drew (9/7)... Recorded five saves in a 0-0 tie against Nazareth, it was her fourth shutout of the season (9/13)... Allowed one goal in a 1-0 loss to Scranton, she made three saves in the game (9/17)... Recorded two saves in a 0-0 draw against Cortland, it was her fifth shutout of the season (9/24)... Recorded 10 saves in a 1-0 loss to Vassar (9/27)... Recorded five saves in a 1-0 loss to William Smith (10/1)... Recorded five saves in a 1-1 tie against Skidmore (10/4)... Recorded her sixth shutout of the season in a 2-0 win over RPI, she made one save in the game (10/11)...

High School: A 2024 graduate of Stoughton High School, Varnum was a two-sport athlete playing soccer and basketball. For soccer, she was named 2023 Team MVP as a goalkeeper and won Hockomock League All-Star. Katrina was a team captain in 2023 as well. In 2022, she won Hockomock League All-Star Honorable Mention. For basketball, she won the 2023 Scholar Athlete award for her team and was a senior team captain. In 2022, Varnum also won Hockomock League All-Star Honorable Mention. 

Personal: An Exercise Science major, Katrina is the daughter of Ken and Vicky Varnum.
