High School: Was a dual sport athlete during her high school career, a member of both the soccer and track teams...Served as captain in her junior year...Has a long list of accolades: 2022-23 ECNL All-Regional, 2023 Unsung Hero and 2021 Mid Wach A All-Star Honorable Mention...Part of the team that won the 2022 and 2025 ECNL Regional League New England Championships, 2021 ODP Interregional Tournament and 2019 Knights of Columbus Soccer State Championships...Was the lead scorer her freshman, sophomore and senior years...2023 was a great year for her on the track as she claimed the schools 4x200 record, while ranking seventh for SMR at Nationals, and being named a Hoka Athlete of the Week.

Personal: A Clinical Health Studies major, Kate is the daughter of Marc and Beth Larose...She has two siblings, Justin who attened UMASS Amherst, and Hailey who goes to Florida State University.
