Ithaca College Athletics

2013: Liese started all 22 of Ithaca’s games on defense. She recorded four shots on the year, three of which were on goal. Liese was part of a defense that allowed the fewest goals per game (.41) in the Empire 8. She helped hold opponents to just nine goals against throughout the season and aided in 12 Bomber shutouts. 2012: Liese started 21 of the Bombers’ 23 games in 2012, playing in a total of 1,748 minutes. Liese contributed to an Ithaca defense that allowed just eight goals the entire season, earning her a spot on the All-Empire 8 Second Team. Liese recorded her first-career point with an assist against Bowdoin in the Bombers’ 2-1 win on Nov. 11, 2012.  | 2012 game-by-game statistics

2011: Liese moved into the Bombers’ starting line-up as a sophomore and made 19 starts on defense. Her contributions helped Ithaca post nine shutouts – including three in the NCAA playoffs. High School: A 2010 graduate of Massapequa High School, Liese was coached by Bruce Stegner. She earned all-county honors and lettered three times.

Personal: An exercise science major, she is the daughter of Robert Liese and Cindy Summer.
