2018: Welch appeared in all 19 games this season and made 15 starts. She scored 16 goals for fifth on the team and handed out 7 assists for a total of 23 points on the season. On defense she grabbed 15 ground balls and caused 12 turnovers. | 2018 Stats

2017: Appeared in six games for the Bombers this season, notching two goals on three shots during her freshman campaign. Also recorded seven ground balls and two caused turnovers in her defensive efforts. | 2017 Stats

High School: A 2016 graduate of North Reading High School, Welch was a three-sport varsity standout for the Hornets during her prep career. She earned four varsity letters in both lacrosse and basketball, while she also was a three-year letter-winner in soccer. She served as team captain for both the soccer and lacrosse teams her senior season, earning Second Team All-Cape Ann League in soccer and First Team All-Cape Ann League in lacrosse.

Personal: She is a business administration major and the daughter of Steve and Kathy Welch.
