2022: Made one appearance on the season. 

High School: A 2021 Cum Laude graduate of Gill St. Bernard’s, Armstrong was a 4 year starter, earning 4 varsity letters in lacrosse. She also earned 4 varsity letters in soccer, 2 in basketball, and 2 in indoor track. Her senior year she was the captain of her soccer, track and lacrosse teams. Armstrong earned various all-conference honors and also was the 2021 recipient of the National Girls and Women in Sports Day award. 

Personal: Armstrong is currently pursuing an M.S. in Exercise and Sport Sciences with a concentration in Mental Performance after completing a bachelor's degree in World Languages and Cultures. Hayley is the daughter of Kristen and Kyle Armstrong and has 2 siblings, Syd and Brennyn.
