2025: Started the season with 8 kills, 7 digs, and 3 blocks in the 3-1 victory over St. John Fisher (08/29)... Received 12 kills and 6 digs in the 3-1 victory over John Carroll... Had 2 kills and 4 blocks in the sweep over Rochester (08/30)... Totaled 5 kills against Juniata (9/6).
2024: Made her collegiate debut with six kills in the Bombers sweep over Rivier (8/31)...Totaled three more kills hitting an impressive .750 against Susquehanna (9/14)...Recorded a pair kills against Marymount (9/14)...Totaled 4 kills on 16 attempts in Ithaca's conference opener against Clarkson (9/27)...Put down an additional three kills against Skidmore (9/28)...Recorded a season-high 7 kills, while hitting .375 against nationally ranked NYU (10/5)...Totaled three kills against Union (10/11)...Tallied six kills in a sweep over Vassar (10/12)...Totaled three kills and added four blocks in what turned out to be a five set thriller against Wesleyan (10/26)...Owen appeared in 16 matches including 26 sets during her first year on campus where she totaled 42 kills (1.62 kills per set) and added five digs and 13 blocks. |
2024 Statistics
High School: A 2024 graduate of Glenbrook North, Brianna excelled as a dual-sport athlete in volleyball and track. In 2021, she served as the team captain for the freshman volleyball team and was named Track MVP. In 2022, she made the JVA Watchlist for volleyball and was once again Track MVP, earning all-conference honors as well. In 2023, she was named a team captain, volleyball MVP, all-conference, and featured on the JVA Watchlist and AVCA Phenom list for volleyball. In her senior year in 2024, she continued to lead as team captain, named the volleyball MVP, all-conference, made the JVA Watchlist, and was a finalist for Female Athlete of the Class.
