High School: Pauldon competed primarily at the Level 9 group throughout her prep career...She was a Level 9 Regional Vault Champion in 2016, while she also went on to earn State Championship in the event later that year...She repeated as a State Champion in the vault in 2017...She was a third-place all-around finishers at the Level 9 Eastern National Championships.

Personal: Nya is the daughter of Stephanie Drawhorn and is in Ithaca's Physical Therapy program.
