Biography

2005:  Kaminski missed the first half of the season with an injury and competed in only four meets. She recorded a season-high score of 9.375 on the vault at Cortland. Kaminski posted a season-best score of 9.300 in the floor exercise at the ECAC Championships.

2004: Kaminski missed the season with an injury.

2003: Kaminski enjoyed a spectacular rookie season, capped by all-America honors in the floor exercise (her 9.675 was Ithaca’s fifth-best score ever). She became the third Bomber freshman to win an ECAC title, placing first in the vault with a season-best 9.475 (fourth on the program’s all-time list). Kaminski was the ECAC runner-up in the floor exercise. She also posted the fifth-best balance beam score ever by a Bomber (9.550). Kaminski won the vault the first four times she competed, then missed all-America honors by one spot.

High School: Kaminski competed for coach Sherrie Paddon at Churchville-Chili High School and for coaches RJ LeClair, William Costner and Sara Gardine at the Bright Raven Gymnastics Club. She qualified for state, regional and eastern national meets and was a three-time MVP.

Personal: The daughter of Brian and Elaine Kaminski, she is a biology major.
