2019: Nichols continued to be one of IC's strongest gymnasts, holding down anchor spots in the lineup in both the vault and floor exercise...She appeared in all 10 meets in both events during the season, earning NCGA All Championships Team selection in both events...On vault, she posted a season qualifying average of 9.670...She registered a season-high score of 9.800 at the Ithaca Tri Meet (3/3), while she posted seven Top-3 finishes in the event on the year...She was an NCGA East All-Region honoree with a second-place finish at the Regional Championships with a 9.725 score...On floor, she posted a season qualifying average of 9.685...Nichols marked a season-high score of 9.800 at the NCGA  East Regional Championships. | 2019 Stats

2018: As a junior, Nichols again had a historic season with excellent performances in the vault and floor exercise...Appeared in all 11 meets in both events, while she also qualified for the NCGA Event Finals in both events at the conclusion of the season...In vault, she posted a 9.740 regional qualifying average score...She marked a program-record best score three separate times during the year, highlighted by a 9.800 score in a dual meet at SUNY Cortland...On floor exercise, Nichols posted a regional qualifying average score of 9.725...Posted a personal-best score of 9.850 to finish in a tie for third-place at the NCGA Event Finals, earning All-America standing. | 2018 Stats

2017: In her sophomore season, Nichols competed in the vault and floor exercise…Earned All-American honors in vault at the 2017 NCGA Event Finals…Over eleven appearances, Nichols averaged a score of 9.4182, which included a season-best 9.7 for the sixth-place spot at the Temple University Invite...The sophomore also tied for seventh-place with a 9.675 mark, which qualified her for the NCGA National Event Finals...In the finals, Nichols tied for third-place with a mark of 9.650 en route to All-America honors...Over ten competitions, Nichols also competed in the floor exercise, averaging a score of 9.3150...Her season-best came at the Ithaca College Tri-Meet when she tallied a 9.575 for a second-place finish...At the NCGA East Regionals, the Hudson, N.H. native earned 24th place with a score of 9.325. | 2017 Stats

High School: A 2015 graduate of Bishop Guertin High School, Nichols was a member of Absolute Gymnastics Academy. She finished first overall in the individual all-around with a score of 36.60 at the NHIAA Gymnastics State Championship. She was named the Nashua Telegraph’s Gymnast of the Year in 2014-15.
 
Personal: A physical therapy student, she is the daughter of Phil and Kathy Nichols.
