2012-13: Young earned a First Team All-Empire 8 selection during her senior season. One of her best performances was during the Pat Clouse Invitational at Wittenburg. She had her career best round (78) and her career best 36-hole score (160), and won Empire 8 Athlete of the Week. She finished the tournament eighth in a field of 91 players. Young finished tied for third at the Empire 8 championships. At the Martin/Wallace Invitational at Cortland, she finished with a 36-hole score of 165, which ranked her tied for eighth in a field of 55. | 2012-13 Statistics

2010-11: Young played in all seven events for Ithaca and posted a season-best round of 84 on the second round of the Nazareth Invitational at Irondequoit Country Club. Young placed 11th at Nazareth with a season-best score of 174 over 36 holes. She was sixth at the William Smith Invitational and ninth at the Empire 8 Championships.

2009-10: Young earned Empire 8 Rookie of the Year honors after placing third at the Empire 8 Championship with a four-round total of 362. Young's best two 18-hole scores of the season came at Cortland Country Club. She scored 85 in the second round of the Martin/Wallace Invitational, where she placed 21st overall, and she scored 86 in the final round of the Empire 8 Championship. Young was 13th at the Nazareth Fall Invitational.

High School: A 2009 graduate of Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake, Young was a two-year letter winner on the varsity boys golf team for coach David Wellington. She also earned one varsity letter in crew.

Personal: A business accounting major, Jackie is the daughter of Margaret de Koning and David Young.
