Keat had a fantastic junior season in 2017-18, playing a pivotal role in helping the Bombers navigate through an undefeated regular-season en route to capturing a Fourth-Place finish as a team at the 2018 NCAA Championships in Sarasota, Fla...Bumping up to the Varsity Eight Boat early in the season, she was part of a boat that was named Liberty League Boat of the Week four separate times during the year and won Liberty League Crew of the Year...Helped Varsity Eight to a fourth-place finish in time of 16:35.965 at the 53rd Head of the Charles Regatta (10/22)...Part of Varsity Eight group that won both heats in five-team event hosted by Worcester Polytechnic Institute (4/21)...Part of Varsity Eight group that placed first in its heat at the Ithaca College 50-Year Celebration on the Cayuga Lake Inlet (4/28)...Helped the Bombers to First-Place finishes at both the 2018 Liberty League Championships (5/4) and New York State Championships (5/5)...Part of Varsity Eight boat that took Runner-Up at the NIRC Women's Championships (5/11)...Part of Varsity Eight boat that took Runner-Up at the 2018 NCAA Championship Grand Final (5/26).

Keat was a contributor during her sophomore campaign in 2016-17, primarily competing on the women's Third Varisty Eight...Placed First in Petite Finals at NIRC Championships which contributed to the team winning the NIRC Women's Points Trophy (5/12)...Was a spare for the Fourth-Place finishing team at the 2017 NCAA Championships on Mercer Lake in West Windsor, N.J. (5/27)...

2015-16
Keat competed in several novice events during her rookie season in 2015-16...Placed third at the New York State Championships as a part of the Women's Novice B Eight (4/30)...Finished sixth as a part of the Women's Novice B Eight at the NIRC Championships (5/8).

High School
Keat competed in gymnastics for 16 year dating back to her childhood, which included participating in club programs at Northern Lights Gymnastics and Pioneer Gymnastics during her prep career...Earned several State Championship titles during her high school years.
