2019-2020
Outlaw competed in her final season on the Ithaca Sculling team, earning a third-place finish in the Open Inclusion Mixed Double at Head of the Charles Regatta in Cambridge, MA (10/20) and a first-place finish in the Inclusion Double at the Head of the Fish in Saratoga Springs, NY (10/26). The spring season was cut short after a week of rowing in Gainesville, GA that concluded with a scrimmage against Penn State and Catholic University. Outlaw rowed five seat in the Second Varsity Eight, contributing to a second-place finish, right behind the IC First Varsity Eight.

2018-2019
Outlaw returned for her second season on the Ithaca Sculling team. During her junior year, she earned a third-place finish in the Collegiate Double C Final at Small Boat Challenge in Mercer, NJ (10/7) and a third-place finish in the Open Inclusion Mixed Double at Head of the Charles Regatta in Cambridge, MA (10/21).

2017-18
Outlaw came in Forth-Place in Open Inclusion-Mixed Double at Head of the Charles during the fall sculling season. Outlaw was a key rower in the Women’s Third Varsity Eight during the spring sweep season.

2016-17
Outlaw primarily rowed in the Women’s Novice Eight during her Bomber debut. She contributed to a Second-Place finish in the grand final with a time of 7:13.61 at the NIRC Championship, which helped the team win the NIRC Women's Points Trophy (5/12)... And won her heat at the New York State Championships with a time of 7:25.30 (5/6)...

High School
Outlaw attended Tandem Friends School where she was on the cross country, swimming, and rowing teams. She also rowed for Albemarle High School team and the Rivanna Rowing Club.

Pearl, an Exercise Science major, is the daughter of Jonathan & Ruth Ellen Outlaw.
