Biography

2012 Game-by-game statistics

2011: Forenza started 33 of the team’s 34 games last season. She hit one home run and two doubles with 15 runs scored and seven RBI’s. Defensively, Forenza had a team-high 78 assists along with 38 putouts. | 2011 Game-by-game statistics

2010: Forenza was named to the District I All-Academic Third Team. She started all 45 games as a freshman, totaling four doubles, one triple, 18 runs scored and nine RBI’s. In the field, she recorded 77 assists and 50 putouts. | 2010 Game-by-game statistics

2009: Forenza was named the Empire 8 Rookie of the Year and earned second-team all-conference and third-team all-region recognition. She batted .402 and led Ithaca in hits, total bases, doubles, home runs, runs batted in and slugging percentage. Forenza’s 66 hits and 97 total bases were both Bomber freshman records. She recorded eight three-hit games and collected four in a win over Elmira. Forenza collected four-RBI performances in wins over RIT and Nazareth. She hit her first career home run against #19 Rochester and hit four more in an eight-game span. During that stretch she batted .636 (21-for-33) with 18 runs scored and 17 driven in. High School: A 2008 graduate of Hunterdon Central Regional High School, Forenza was coached by Pete Frick. Forenza played four years at the second base and outfield position under Frick. She earned All-Conference honors as a junior and senior. Forenza was also a member of the 2006 state Champion volleyball squad at Hunterdon Central Regional High School.

Personal: The daughter of Pete and Mary Pat Forenza, she is a physical therapy major.
