2022 Indoor: Placed 11th in the 800 and 4th in the DMR with times of 2:01.01 and 10:49.69 at The Liberty League Championships... Ran a season best of 1:59.86 at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational... Ran the 800 leg of the DMR at the AARTFC Championships that placed 14th

2021 Outdoor: Placed 11th (2:02.49) in the 800 at the Liberty League West Outdoor T&F Championship... Ran a season best in the 800 of 1:59.56 at The Cortland Challenge 

2021 Indoor: Ran first colligate race at Nazareth Mini Invite, Finished 4th in the 800 in a time of 2:02.49

Cross Country

2022: Was a member of the top 7 at the Liberty League and Regional Championships that finished 5th and 10th... Ran a personal best time of 28:20 in the 8k at the Liberty League Championships... Set a personal record in the 5k at the Hamilton Short Course with a time of 17:04.4

2021: Ran first collegiate xc race at the Hamilton College short course in a time of 17:38.2 over 5k... Ran a seasons best in the 8k at the Yellowjacket XC Invitational in a time of 28:51.8... Was a member of the Liberty League Championship team that finished 3rd overall

Before Ithaca: Ran for Great Valley High School... Was a team captain for both cross country and track... Had PRs of 4:51 in the 1600m and 17:50 in the 5k (XC)
