2010-11: Ambrosino earned All-NYSCTC accolades in the outdoor triple jump as a junior. Indoors he recorded season-best marks of 5.80 meters in the long jump and 11.54 meters in the triple jump, while outdoors he cleared 1.78 meters in the high jump, hit 6.24 meters in the long and 12.79 meters in the triple.

2009-10: During the indoor season of his sophomore year, Ambrosino competed in a trio of events. He recorded season-bests of 6.31 meters in the long jump, 12.46 meters in the triple jump and 1.73 meters in the high jump. Outdoors he placed second in the long and triple jumps at the state meet, while also finishing as the runner up in the triple at the Empire 8 Championships. He recorded season-best marks of 1.78 meters in the high jump, 6.61 meters in the long and 13.25 meters in the triple.

2008-09: Ambrosino placed sixth in the long jump at 6.66 meters at the NSYCTC Championships to earn all-state honors. He qualified for the ECAC Championships in the event, where he placed 20th overall. Ambrosino also placed sixth in the triple jump at the Empire 8 Championships.

High School: A 2008 graduate of Cape Henry Collegiate, Ambrosino earned letters in lacrosse, swimming and volleyball.

Personal: A philosophy/religion major, he is the son of Tim and Ellen Ambrosino.
