Biography

2013-14: White was a three-time Empire 8 champion after finishing first among conference opponents in the 100-yard backstroke, 200-yard medley relay and 400-yard medley relay at the Empire 8 / UNYSCSA Championships. The finishes also marked one state title and two state runner-up honors. White finished eighth overall in the 200-yard backstroke, marking his fourth all-state honor of the meet. He saw action at the NCAA Championships, as he finished 17th in the 200-yard medley relay, 17th in the 400-yard medley relay and competed in the 100-yard backstroke. 

2012-13: White was a part of the 200-yard and the 400-yard medley relay teams that both finished second at the Empire 8/UNYSCSA Championships. The two runner-up finishes earned White all-state honors as well as a place on the All-Empire 8 Second Team. White also finished fourth overall in the 100-yard backstroke at UNYSCSA Championships. 

2011-12: White participated in the NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championships for the first time in his career on Ithaca's medley relay teams. He earned four all-state finishes, including championships as part of the 200- and 400-yard medley relay teams. He placed second in the 100-yard butterfly in 51.02 seconds, the second-fastest time in Ithaca history.

2010-11: White earned UNYSCSA titles in the 200-yard medley relay and the 100-yard backstroke. His time of 51.34 seconds in the 100 back is the Ithaca school record. White totaled five all-UNYSCSA and four all-Empire 8 finishes as a freshman. He was named Empire 8 Athlete of the Week for the week ending Jan. 24.

High School: A 2010 graduate of Fox Lane High School, White was a four-year varsity swimmer. He was a sectional champion in the 100-yard butterfly and 100-yard backstroke, and met All-American consideration timing standards. He placed fourth at the state meet in both events. White also played varsity lacrosse at Fox Lane.

Personal: A student in the exploratory program, Connor is the son of Douglas and Jennifer White. His sister Brittany is a senior at Ithaca College.
