Biography

2011: Murad played in 12 games and started six as a sophomore and was named Empire 8 Player of the Week in October. He was tied for second on the team with two goals and second-best on the squad in shots with 24. | 2011 Game-by-game statistics

2010: Murad started 11 games and played in 15 as a freshman. He recorded six shots and three shots on goal. | 2010 Game-by-game statistics

High School: A 2010 graduate of New Milford High School, Murad was coached by James Tong. A three-year starter, Murad was a team captain as a senior on a team that reached the conference finals. He earned all-conference first-team honors as a senior.

Personal: A physical therapy major, he is the son of Joe and Denise Murad.
