Biography

2005: Jeffries, who received honorable mention to the Empire 8 All-Star team, played in 15 games for the Bombers, starting eight. He tied for third on the team with eight points on three goals and two assists. Jeffries scored goals against St. Joseph’s, Elmira and the game-winning goal in overtime against Cortland.

2004: A second-team Empire 8 all-star, Jeffries played in every game and was the team’s second-leading scorer. Jeffries was named Empire 8 Player of the Week after scoring the game-winning goal in the 80th minute to help Ithaca clinch the Empire 8 regular season title with a win over St. John Fisher, one game after picking up a goal and an assist in a victory over Elmira. Jeffries scored a season-high four points in Ithaca’s 5-1 rout of third-ranked Rochester. His first career goal came against #12 Stevens Tech.

2003: Jeffries played at Plattsburgh, lettering for the Cardinals.

High School: At Brighton High School Jeffries was coached by Chris Dailey.
