Biography

High School: A 2026 graduate of Chenango Valley where he was a four-year member of the varsity soccer team, serving as captain for three...He was a four-time All-Division selection, three-time STAC All-Conference...Named All-State Small-School during his senior season...Two-time Team MVP... His 2025 team placed third at the state tournament while winning the Section IV Championships and Regionals. 

Personal: Seeking a degree in Occupational Therapy, Declan is the son of Bill and Michelle Clark...He has three siblings, Madelyn, Billy and Grayson...Billy played four years of soccer at Binghamton University.
