Dylan Kilpatrick

Dylan Kilpatrick was hired as the men's soccer program's next assistant coach for the upcoming 2026 season on June 16.

Kilpatrick comes to Ithaca from SUNY Cortland where he primarily worked with goalkeepers for both the men's and women's soccer program's during the 2024 season.

A native of Westchester, NY, Kilpatrick came to Cortland after spending two seasons as head coach of the soccer team at Canajoharie High School in 2022 and 2023. He transformed the program in his two-year tenure, and is also the program's all-time wins leader. Kilpatrick also served as a coach for the New York City Football Club (NYCFC) Youth Academy from 2018 to 2022, and has been coaching at the club level since he was 16.

A 2022 graduate of Mercy University with a degree in sport management, Kilpatrick was a member of the club team as a striker. He has also played overseas for Linfield FC and Markethill Swifts FC in Northern Ireland.

Kilpatrick holds a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) B coaching license.
