Ithaca College Athletics

2004: Burgoon played in 12 games for the Bombers. He recorded two points on two goals and collected 15 ground balls. Burgoon scored a goal in a win over Scranton to open the season. He also scored a goal in a win over Merchant Marine Academy. At St. John Fisher he collected a season-high four ground balls. Burgoon was named to the Empire 8 fall Presidents’ List.

2003: Burgoon played in nine games, posting nine points on seven goals and two assists. He scored a career-high two goals in a win over Hartwick. He posted a career high with two points on a goal and an assist against Utica. Burgoon also scored goals against Elmira, Lycoming, Nazareth and St. John Fisher.

High School: Burgoon was a scholar athlete in lacrosse for coach Mike Messere at West Genesee High School. He was a first team all-league and third team all-Central New York selection in soccer.

Personal: A television-radio major, he is the son of Bill and Mary Burgoon. His sister, Mary, is a freshman on the Le Moyne women’s lacrosse team.
