Ithaca College Athletics

2004: Caster raced seven times and was part of the Bombers’ top seven in all but one of those competitions. He was Ithaca’s third finisher at St. Lawrence, clocking a 27:43. Running on the same course eight weeks later, he shaved nearly 30 seconds off that time at the regional championships; he was the team’s fifth runner, recording a season-best time of 27:14.5.

2003: In his first season Caster was a second-team Empire 8 selection. He ran in eight races, including the state and regional meets. He recorded a career-best time of 27:04, finishing 64th at the regional meet. Caster finished 37th at the state meet in 27:21. He finished in Ithaca’s top seven in all but three races.

High School: Caster was coached by Tim Hetrich at Wyomissing Area High School. He was also a letter winner for the track & field team, earning all-county and all-state honors his senior season.

Personal: Aclinical science/physical therapy major, he is the son of Robert and Beth Caster.
