2022-23
James joins the men's varsity eight this season. At the Head of the Charles, the 1V placed 19th overall with a final time of 15:06.84.Â
2021-22
James was a member of the men's 2V eight, which placed third at the New York State Rowing Championships in May with a final time of 6:25.25.
2019-20
James competed at the Head of the Genesee in Ithaca’s MN8+ rowing to a 1st place finish. In November he competed at the Head of the Schuylkill in the M2V8+ getting 10th out of 36 boats.
High School
James rowed for King School in his junior and senior years, as well as played football and basketball for them as well. He got his teams MVP award in 2018.

James is a business administration major from Stamford, Connecticut. James is the son of Joseph Ross, and Dawn Schneider
