2008-09 Game-by-Game Statistics

2007-08:
Bostic was a repeat first-team All-Empire 8 selection after leading the conference with 11.6 rebounds per game and 2.13 blocks per game and ranking 10th with 14.0 points per game. In addition to leading the Bombers in rebounding and blocking, he was second on the team in scoring and field goal percentage (.549). In 24 games and 22 starts, Bostic recorded 14 double-doubles as a junior, including in 11 of his final 14 games; he was the first Bomber to average a double-double since 1978-79. He set a new career-high with 20 points against Nazareth, a game in which he also had 11 points, three blocks, and three steals. That same weekend he posted a double-double with a season-best 24 points to go with 10 boards in the Bombers upset win over ranked Stevens. Bostic was named Empire 8 Player of the Week following his performances against the Golden Flyers and Ducks. In addition to his Empire 8 honors, Bostic was named a second-team ECAC Upstate All-Star and second-team East Region All-Star.

2006-07: Bostic earned first-team all-conference honors as a sophomore after ranking fifth in the Empire 8 in scoring at 15.5 points per game and ranking third in the Empire 8 with 7.6 rebounds per game. He also was second in the conference with 41 blocked shots and ranked fifth in the conference with a .552 field goal percentage. Bostic scored in double figures in 23 games and recorded five double-doubles. He recorded four double-doubles in the season’s final five games and averaged 18.6 points and 12.0 rebounds per game during that stretch. Bostic earned Empire 8 Player of the Week honors following a weekend in which he scored 20 points in a win over Nazareth and a career-high 27 points against RIT. He posted a double-double in both of Ithaca’s ECAC Upstate New York Tournament contests, scoring 20 points with 13 rebounds in Ithaca’s win over Rensselaer and scoring 15 points and pulling down a career-high 16 rebounds against Vassar.

2005-06: Bostic appeared in 24 games as a freshman and started in each of the final seven games of the season. He averaged 4.6 points and 3.3 rebounds in 14.3 minutes per game. In his seven starts, Bostic averaged 10.7 points and 7.3 rebounds per game. He was named the ECAC Upstate New York Tournament MVP after averaging 13.7 points and 9.3 rebounds in three games to lead seventh-seeded Ithaca to the tournament title. Bostic scored 16 points and grabbed a career-high 13 boards in the ECAC championship game at top-seeded Oswego and netted a career-high 17 points with 12 rebounds in a win over Hartwick. He was named the Empire 8 Rookie of the Week once.

Career Statistics

High School: A 2005 graduate of Geneva High School, Bostic was  coached by Jay Laurer . A team captain, Bostic was named an All-Greater Rochester McDonalds All-Star and earned all-league honors. He was also named athlete of the year and earned team MVP honors. Bostic was also a member of the football and track & field teams. He earned second-team all-league honors in football and was the league champ in both the 100-meter hurdles and triple jump.

Personal: A television-radio major, he is the son of Jeff Bostic and Brenda Bostic. He lettered three times as a tight end and wide receiver with Ithaca's football team.
