Biography

High School: Fay graduated from Nashoba High School where he earned two varsity letters under coach Jamie Tucker. He was captain in his senior season and earned the leadership award. Fay was a Central Mass Scholar Athlete nominee and earned Most Improved Player as well as the Coaches Award. 
 
Personal: Wilson, son of Scott and Julie Fay, is a business administration major.
