Ithaca College Athletics

2007: Helm earned a letter after appearing in nine games as a special teams contributor and back-up defensive end. He recorded a career-best four tackles, including a 15-yard sack, and broke up a pass in the win at Utica. Helm made a pair of solo tackles in the Brockport victory. He was named Ithaca’s Hustler of the Week following the Hartwick game.

High School: A 2007 graduate of Algonquin Regional High School, Helm was coached by Mike Vulcano. He earned league all-star honors and lettered three times. Helm also lettered in track & field and lacrosse. 

Personal: A student in the exploratory program, he is the son of John and April Helm.
