High School: A 2010 graduate of Babylon High School, Panarelli was coached by Rick Ponzone. A two-time league all-star, he earned all-county recognition and was picked for the Suffolk County all-star game as a senior.
Personal: A student in the exploratory program, he is the son of Philip and Rose Panarelli.
