2006: Willis played on the Ithaca junior varsity team as a freshman.
 
High School: A 2006 graduate of John S. Burke Catholic High School, Willis was coached by Dwight Smith. Willis was a team captain and third-team all-state selection.
 
Personal: A biology major, he is the son of Arlene Willis and Bill Willis.
