Biography

2012: Grassi appeared in five games for the Bombers, allowing just one goal in 156:29 minutes of play. Grassi finished the year with a 0.45 goals against average and a .900 save percentage. 

2011: Grassi appeared in one game in a backup role at goalkeeper and preserved a scoreless second half in Ithaca's 6-1 win over Elmira.

2010: Grassi appeared in seven games and made two starts as a sophomore. In approximately 260 minutes of game action, Grassi recorded 20 saves and had a 1.62 goals-against average with a .769 save percentage.

2009: Grassi was a reserve goalkeeper on the Ithaca roster as a freshman.

High School: A 2009 graduate of Rondout Valley High School, Grassi played three years of varsity field hockey and earned first team all-league honors as a senior and second-team recognition as a junior. Her team finished second in the state as a senior and and won two sectional championships. Grassi also competed in basketball and track & field.

Personal: A student in the exploratory program, Grassi is the daughter of Jimi and Lisa Grassi.
