Biography

Prior to Ithaca: Sadie spent her first collegiate season at Division I Fairfield University.

High School: Sadie was a standout student-athlete at Wethersfield High School in field hockey and lacrosse. She recorded 65 goals and 36 assists in field hockey and led her teal to the state final in 2021. She was named First Team All-State twice. In lacrosse, she graduated as the school's all-time leader in goals and points and was named all-conference three times.

Personal: Sadie is majoring in psychology and is the daughter of MaryAnn Simkewicz and Karlo Ruiz. She has a younger brother.
