2013: Lash saw action in all 18 of the Bombers’ games, making 18 starts on defense in her senior season. Lash finished the year with four points, coming on one goal and two assists. She was part of a defensive unit that was among the best in the conference, allowing just 2.00 goals per contest in 2013.Â
2012: Lash saw action in all 18 of the Bombers' games in 2012, including 15 starts on defense. Lash ranked tied for second on the team with four assists, while also recording a defensive save. She recorded her first-career assist on Aug. 31, 2012 in a three-assist game against Morrisville, an 8-1 victory.
2011: Lash was a full-time starter on defense for Ithaca by starting all 16 games. She duplicated her freshman season total with two goals, and also had one defensive save.
2010: Lash made 13 appearances in the Bomber defense as a freshman, including her first-career start against Wooster. She had two goals on the season for a total of four points, and scored on both of the shots she took all year. Those goals came against Elmira and Wooster in back-to-back contests.

High School: A 2010 graduate of Oley Valley High School, Lash was a three-sport athlete. She was a three-year member of the field hockey team for coach Donna Long and was a team captain. Her team won two divisional championships and added county and district championships in her senior year. She also played softball and basketball.
Personal: A physical therapy major, Emily is the daughter of Terry and Lynn Lash.
