High School: Contrelli was a three-sport varsity athlete at Miller Place, playing softball and track in addition to field hockey...She was a two-year varsity starter in the midfield for the field hockey team, while the team won League and Class B Championships three times during her career...Miller Place took home two county championships during her time on the team...Contrelli was also an All-League Softball player as a catcher this past spring.

Personal: Emily is the daughter of Lisa and Ronald Contrelli. She has a twin sister, Kathryn, and an older brother, Thomas.
