2024: Appeared in 20 games with four starts...Grant scored the game-winning goal in the 2-0 victory over SUNY Brockport (9/18).

2023: Appeared in all 22 games during her first year with the program...Made her first career appearance against Kean (9/1)...Had an assist in Ithaca's 6-0 win over Oswego State (9/8). | 2023 Statistics

High School: Ainsley attended Exeter High School and was a three-sport varsity athlete for field hockey, indoor and outdoor track. She was named co-captain of her field hockey team her senior year. 

Personal: Ainsley is the daughter of Kevin and Jen Grant. She has a twin brother and a younger brother.
