Ithaca College Athletics

2011-12: Sessler was a regular in Ithaca's sprint freestyle lineups and her times ranked in the top-three on the team in the 50- and 100-yard freestyle events.

2010-11: Sessler earned six all-UNYSCSA honors as a freshman in three freestyle relays as well as the 100-, 200- and 500-yard freestyle events. She ranks in the top-15 in each of those freestyle events, including fourth all-time in the 500 free (5:08.60).

High School: A 2010 graduate of Livonia High School, Sessler swam six years for head coach Molly Eliasz. She was named Swimmer of the Meet at the county championship and was a Greater Rochester all-star team member.

Personal: A communication management and design major, Kate is the daughter of Steve and Mary Beth Sessler.
