2012: Conroy led the team in nearly every offensive category in 2012, earning Empire 8 Player of the Week honors on Sept. 4, 2012 and an All-Empire 8 First Team selection. Conroy paced the Bombers with 12 goals on the year, including three game winners. Conroy accounted for the team's highest single-season goal total since 2004, a 13-goal year by Natasha Snowden. She also led the team in points (24), shots (50) and shots on goal (38). Â
2011: Conroy was one of eight Bombers to appear in all 16 games during the 2011 season. Her four goals and 10 points ranked tied for second on the team in both categories.
2010: Conroy ranked second on the team in scoring with nine points on three goals and three assists. She had a goal and an assist in Ithaca's 2-1 victory against Utica, and also scored goals against William Smith and Washington & Jefferson. She appeared in all 15 games for the Bombers in 2010 and made two starts.

2009: Conroy appeared in 13 games for Ithaca and made four starts. She had a goal and an assist on the season and ranked sixth on the team with 16 shots. Her goal came in her first career game, the season-opener against Geneseo, and she assisted on a goal in Ithaca's win over Elmira.

High School: A graduate of Westfield High School, Conroy was a three-year varsity player for coach Molly Dennis and earned all-county honors as a junior and senior. She also played two years of varsity lacrosse.
