Biography

2013: Walters started 11 games in 26 appearances for the Bombers in her senior season. She recorded eight hits in 26 at-bats for a .308 batting average on the season. She added a double and one RBI to go along with nine total bases. She was a perfect 2-for-2 in stolen base attempts and added 12 putouts to go along with one assist. | 2013 Game-by-game statistics

2012: Walters started 46 games as a junior, and was a Second Team All-Empire 8 selection. Walters ranked second on the team in stolen bases with nine, she had three hits including a double, and two runs batted in on an April 7 win at Elmira.

2011: Walters earned Second-Team Empire 8 All-Star honors in her sophomore season. She appeared in 41 games, including 29 as a starter, hitting .291 with three doubles, 23 runs scored and three RBIs. High School: A 2009 graduate of Solon High School, Walters was coached by LeAnn Fonner. She lettered three times and served as team captain as a junior and senior.

Personal: A physical therapy major, she is the daughter of Butch and Kathy Kadis.
