Ithaca College Athletics

2009-10: Mark was a national qualifier in diving and competed in both 1-meter and 3-meter diving events at the NCAA championship meet. She earned all-state honors on both boards, placing second on the 1-meter board at the state and conference championship meet with a score of 382.65 over 11 dives, and third on the 3-meter board with a total of 423.35 for 11 dives. Mark's top scores for six dives were 246.65 (3-meter) and 235.55 (1-meter).

2008-09: Mark ranked among Ithaca’s top divers in her junior season and posted the highest Bomber score of the season on the 3-meter board for six dives with a total of 218.30 during a first-place finish at William Smith. She also won the 1-meter competition in a dual against Rochester, and finished second overall on 1-meter at the Ithaca Diving Invitational, placing only behind the eventual Division III national champion.

2007-08: Mark was Ithaca's top diver in her first season with the program. At the NYSWCAA Championships, she placed 12th in the three-meter competition and 13th in the one-meter event. Mark's top scores for the year were 2:04.50 (one-meter) and 210.30 (three-meter).

2006-07: Mark was a member of Ithaca's track & field team.

High School: A 2006 graduate of Dansville High School, she earned four letters as a member of the swimming & diving team. Mark was also a member of the track & field team, earning six varsity letters. She was a two-time sectional champion in the pole vault. Mark also earned all-state honors and is the league record holder.

Personal: A clinical health studies/physical therapy major, she is the daughter of Kevin and Lei Mark. She has also been a member of Ithaca's track & field team, winning indoor and outdoor Empire 8 titles in the pole vault.
