Biography
2009-10: Ferreri was a part of three relays that earned all-state or all-conference honors in 2010. She was a part of the 400-yard freestyle relay that placed second in the UNYSCSA and second in the Empire 8, and on the 200-yard freestyle relay that was third in the state and second in the conference. Ferreri was also part of the 800-yard freestyle relay team that placed fourth in the UNYSCSA. Ferreri earned top-15 finishes individually at the state meet in the 50-, 100- and 200-yard freestyle, swimming season-best times in all three events.
2008-09: Ferreri earned four All-UNYSCSA finishes and two Empire 8 runner-up finishes at the state and conference championship meet, including a sixth-place finish in the 100-yard freestyle event in a time of 53.53 seconds. She was a member of the school-record team in the 200-yard freestyle relay, and she ranks 15th all-time in the 50 free and eighth all-time in the 100 free at Ithaca.
2007-08: Ferreri swam on Ithaca's 800-yard freestyle relay team that earned all-state honors with an eighth-place finish at the NYSWCAA Championships. She qualified for the state meet in three individual events with a top finish of 15th in the 100-yard freestyle (56.04). Ferreri also competed in the 50 and 200 freestyles and swam on the 200 and 400 freestyle relays at the NYSWCAA meet.
High School: A 2007 graduate of Niskayuna High School, Ferreri was coached by Mike Stone. She earned three varsity letters as a member of the swimming & diving team and served as team captain. She also swam at Ridgefield High School her freshman year and was a member of the Albany Starfish Swim Club.
Personal: A clinical health studies/physical therapy major, she is the daughter of John and Renee Ferreri.
